Police are hunting for a man reportedly wielding a chainsaw who attacked several people in the middle of the street in a Swiss town.
According to local news site Blick, police are hunting for the man after he injured five people in the attack – two severely – in the town of Schaffhausen.
Police have confirmed the attack was not terror related, but did not comment on reports in local media that the man was carrying a chainsaw.
Pedestrians and shop owners were asked by police to evacuate shops and apartments in the immediate location.
