All Progressives Congress (APC) supporters from Jaba LGA on Friday June 8, 2018 stormed the Kaduna State Independent Electoral Commission (KADSIECOM)  head office in Kaduna,  Protestesting that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)  is trying to steal their mandate in the rescheduled polls held in the LGA  on Wednesday June 6,  2018.

The aggrieved  supporters who came at a perfect  timing  when the KADSIECOM  boss,  Saratu Dikko-Audu  was  briefing  the press  on outcome  of rescheduled  polls in five local government areas,  insisted that their party beat the PDP  in Jaba,  which  traditionally,  is  PDP  stronghold.
The KADSIECOM  boss  the fielding  questions  from  newsmen  concerning  the  development  in Jaba,  advised  both  parties to seek redress at the election  Tribunal.
She explained that two  different  results  were  received  from  Jaba,  a development  that has  made the commission to leave the tribunal  with  the final  say.
The angry apc supporters rejected  the  advice,  insisting  that  their candidate  be declared  winner  by KADSIECOM.
as at Time of filing  this  report,  PDP  could  not  be contacted  for  its version  of the story,  but as soon  as they are reached,  details of  their  account  from  Jaba  would be  published.
