Director General PAN Learning  Centre (PLC),  Mrs.  Elizabeth  Mordi, in her welcome  address, said that a year  after  graduating the 2016/2017 set,  they  are graduating  the  2017/2018 batch with  benefits  that  are impacting on the Nigerian society.

She expressed this  at  the graduation ceremony of  Technical Skills Development Project (TSDP)/Modern  Motor Maintenance  Technique (MAMT)  Trainees at the company’s plant in Kaduna  on Wednesday June  27, 2018.

She said that the programme has impacted positively in the lives  of Nigerian youth.

Mordi said that PLC has trained  over  1,000 youth  who have become  entrepreneurs and  employers of  labour  scattered  all over Nigeria.

She commended  the commitment  of PAN in ensuring  the success  of vocational trainings.

She  thanked  God that all through the  training,  no life was lost  from either  the staff or students  of the 2017/2018 set of trainees.

The PLC DG prayed  that all  the  graduands  would  become  gainfully  employed  once they go back to their respective homes.

In his remarks,  the Director  General /CEO of the Indian Training  Fund (ITF),  Sir Joseph Ari in his keynote  address,  said that ITF played a huge role in coming on board  of TSDP.

He said that skills  development is crucial  for Nigeria,  hence collaboration  with  PAN and others will  continue.

He appreciated management of  PAN for always  heeding to their  request.

Represented  by Zonal Manager  ITF Kaduna, Yahaya Manu charged the  graduands to ensure  impeccable  character in terms  of relating  with  clients,  while  stressing that moral  character  is  key  to their  success.

He charged  other private and public  organisations to emulate  PAN  in training  of youth  for the  improvement  of society,  while assuring that they would  always  be willing  to  contribute  to such  noble  gestures  when called  upon.
