The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC has sealed up a storey building belonging to a Delta State politician cum businessman, AUTHENTIC News Daily reports.
The politician whose identity is not known at the time of filing this report is cooling off his heels at the Nigeria Prison Service, Okere in Warri.
Authentic News Daily gathered that the sealing up of the building which is
situated at Iraye Street off Apala, Okiti, off Giwa-Amu road in Okumagba Layout follows a petition instituted against the politician by his boss whom he allegedly defrauded.
Sources say, the politician allegedly forged the signature of his boss and collected several millions of naira from his bank account without his consent.
The source also added that, it is with the money that the politician whose identity is yet to be known built the house and another at Okuokoko area in Okpe Local Government Area of Delta State.
As at the time Our Correspondent dashed into the area, there was an inscription by the EFCC on the building which is still under investigation.
