As hostilities resume for Match Day 2 of the Glo Super Four at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium on Friday, Warri Wolves will be confident going into action as they are presently leading the table with three point after one match.
Favourites and the Nigeria Professional Football League title holders, Enyimba were denied three maximum points on Wednesday, after Northern boys, Nasarawa United came from one goal down to equalize in the dying minutes of the match, ending the highly entertaining encounter, 1-1.
That result, puts Enyimba and Nasarawa tied at the second spot with one point apiece.
As it stands, Akwa United are the weeping babies of the pack after failing to pick any point from their first match, with a goal deficit in their kitty.
As the matches resume by 5pm Friday at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium venue, football fans are looking forward to highly competitive matches.
As it stands right now, the Super Four trophy could still go to any of the teams.
