The District Head of Kufana Chief Titus Dauda on Tuesday embarked on a tour to all the villages in his district.
The purpose of the visit was to thank all his subjects for their roles in the returned of peace to the district and Kajuru LGA.
Speaking at Gefe, Kallah and Rimau Villages the district head told the gathering that without peace, there won’t be development.
He appreciated the Executive Governor of Kaduna State Mal Nasiru Elrufai for his support and patient in bringing lasting peace to Kajuru LGA.
He equally thanked the Executive Chairman of Kajuru Hon Cafra Caino, the Kaduna State peace commission and other relevant stakeholders for their contributions in the peace process.
The District head interact with his subject and plead to them to maintain the existing peace.
Earlier the village head of Gefe, Kallah and Rimau appreciated the district head for the visit and promised to maintain the existing peace in their localities.
Speaking on behalf of the Fulani’s the spokesperson appreciated the district head for initiative and promised to work with the various village head for a lasting peace, he pleaded with the district head to look into the issue of cattle routes because some farmers has encroached the routes.
The district head promised to present their issue at the LGS security council meeting.
