Kaduna: Sabon Tasha Residents Excited By KADRA’s Construction Of Ungwan Bulus Bridge

    Residents of Ungwan Bulus, Ungwan Matari and Ungwan Dodo and environs in Sabon Tasha Ward, Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna metropolis have heaped praises on Governor Nasir el-Rufai as the state’s public roads agency KADRA, begins work on the bridge linking several communities.

    They were excited as KADRA mobilised personnel to the site and commenced work on the block culvert which has frustrated vehicle movement across the area for several years.

    AUTHENTIC News Daily visited the site and observed that already, excavation work has commenced, with KADRA Engineers supervising.
    It was also observed that materials needed for the job, including sharp sand and gravels have been deposited at the location.

    Speaking to our correspondent, Bitrus James expressed delight, stating that with the development, they are impressed that the massive urban renewal of Governor el-Rufai has reached their domain.

    Another resident, Mrs. Phoebe Tanko described the construction as a timely and welcome development.

    “We are happy about this project. Driving through that place has always been a nightmare. We commend Governor el-Rufai and KADRA. We also pray the project is completed on time,” she added.

    AUTHENTIC News Daily observed that the area has been cordoned off by KADRA.
