The death has occurred of Hajiya Fadimatu Umaru Ganduje by 7am today, Friday, in Kano.
Aged 95, the diseased is survived by six children among whom are Alhaji Sama’ila Umar, the Madaki of Ganduje, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, the Gov. of Kano State and Alhaji Hussaini Umar Ganduje, the Executive Secretary of Kano State Teachers Board among others.
She has been buried at Ganduje town by 2.00pm after Friday prayers. May the Al-Jannatul Firdausi be her final abode.
