The Chief Press Secretary to the Delta State Governor, Mr. Ehiedu
Charles Aniagwu on Thursday August 31, stated that there is no rift
between Governor Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa and his predecessor, Dr.
Emmanuel Ewetan Uduaghan, Authentic News Daily reports.

Aniagwu denied allegations that the present administration has
abandoned projects initiated by his predecessor noting that, it is in
search for money to pay workers salaries.“That does not exist except
in the minds of those who imagine them.”

“There’s no quarrel between Uduaghan and my boss. We are closely with
the past administrations. Uduaghan is a great supporter of this
    administration. “

The Image maker to the Delta State Governor made the assertion at a
media parley with newsmen at the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ),
Warri Correspondents’ Chapel in Warri noting that the Governor Arthur
Ifeanyi Okowa’s led Government is continuing with some of the projects
embarked upon by the immediate past Governor, Uduaghan.

Aniagwu also stated that nobody sold the Delta Line Transport
Company noting that it is only given out to a private firm to retain
and manage to create jobs and increase profitability of its people.

Aniagwu explained that the Delta State Government advertised for
bidding in the Vanguard, ThisDay and Pointer Newspapers of 2016 in
which Good Is Good, GIG Motors met with the technical, operational
competence and viability to emerge preferred company at a meeting in
Asaba, the Capital of Delta State.
