Nigerian National Beach Volleyball teams have been invited to participate at the Commonwealth games qualifiers holding at Sierra Leone between 25th & 28th of Oct 2017.
As parts of the NVBF’s preparations ahead of the Commonwealth qualifiers,the open trials for the beach Senior male & female teams to select players is scheduled to hold at Kaduna, Kaduna State between 5th & 8th Oct 2017.
According to a statement from the secretariat of NVBF & signed by the scribe of the federation, Adamu Maikano states that Camping will commence on the 11th- 23th Oct.,2017.
Speaking on the tournament, the president of Nigeria Volleyball federation, Musa Nimrod who expressed optimism on the national male & female teams’ qualification at the Commonwealth games qualifiers in Sierria Leone disclosed that the open trials will afford the newly discovered male & female beach volleyball players to fight for shirts adding that the era of inviting players to the natilnal camp by proxy is gone.
The competition is a qualifier for Common wealth games & scheduled to hold between 25th & 28th of Oct., 2017 in Sierra Leone.
