A group under the aegis of Niger Delta Youth/Women & Security Movement
for Buhari (NDYWSM) on Saturday jointly canvassed for collective endorsement of second term in office for President Muhammadu Buhari-led administration as it concludes its sensitization and tour crusade of Niger Delta States.
Addressing hundreds of youth at Ughelli, NDYWSM President, Mr. Felix
Nduka stated that the group is canvassing endorsement because
President Buhari recently approved the pipeline security programme for
youth in Niger Delta region.
While noting that the security program will provide jobs for the youth, Nduka stated that it will also go a long way in restoring peace, unity,j ustice and confidence in the region.
Nduka also stated that they’re canvassing endorsement for second term
for President Buhari’s credibility as well as support for the fight against corruption which he battled with despite all odds.
Nduka added that, “The efforts of the Federal Government to promote
engagement, positive sense of belonging, youth empowerment, peace and security amongst the youths/women and the entire people in the Niger Delta region.”
“All hand must be on deck to sustain and support government effort as
well as to pray fort PMB long life and more focus for the success of his leadership a d battlement youth, women and our great country Nigeria.”
Nduka thanked President Muhammadu Buhari for the gesture and reiterated the support of the people with women inclusive to secure all pipelines in the region stressing that they are stakeholders in the project.”
