Jingino Youth Forum was among the social pressure group with a political posture primarily conceived to promote APC-led government of Governor Mihammed Badaru, but growing grudges for being marginalized in denial of democratic dividend.
Jingino, is among a rural community, located in a western fringe of Gwaram Local Government Area of Jigawa State.

The community is dominated by peasants, with about 7,000 inhabitants, Jingino is the second most populous after Basirka in the area.
The community which initially complained of lack of social amenities such as roads, water suply, lack of post primary schools, obsolete health facilities, among others, complained that for quite often they channel their grievances to authorities concern, but to no avail.
Awwalu Ya’u who is the forum’s Chairman informed AUTHENTIC News Daily, that the only improved source of water supply in the community which was constructed by the Federal Ministry of Water Resources, with the help of (a Customs officer) was grounded for long yet to be reactivated.
According to Ya’u, the only solar powered water supply in the community which was donated to them by a retired Customs officer on humanitarian grounds got spoiled for more than two years ago having lodged a complaint severally for reactivation with the authorities concerned but no positive response.
“Upon our complains severally about the state of water supply in our community, but often now there was no positive response from the authorities.
“We hoped the present administration in the state will come to our aid in meeting our demands, not knowing that government will keep on playing with our intelligence, dashing our hope not in water alone, but all other social infrastructure,” he added.
His worries were that upon the Speaker coming from the same local government area (Gwaram) he wondered why they are still left to suffer total neglect in terms of social amenities such as access roads, water and health facilities.
“Upon all our struggles in contributing to the success of the present APC administration, one may wonder how our government will deny us social amenities.”
Mr. Ya’u further explained that, the community has found itself in a critical condition with regards to the unavailability of safe drinking water for all this while, relying on open wells.
“We don’t know which political party to align with as both the APC and PDP have failed to meet our yearnings and aspirations towards the development of our locality, and to our greatest dismay, the community once produced a deputy local council chairman.
