Some journalists practicing in Benue State have been barred from covering the visit of President Muhammadu Buhari to the state.
Our correspondent reports that as at press time around 1:40pm, newsmen were hanging outside without been allowed to enter the Government House in Makurdi.
He was said to have arrived Makurdi around 10am and has since been in a meeting with Governor Samuel Ortom.
It is still early to say if any journalists gained access into the government house, but a source said that the security personnel told them they were barred for security reasons.
President Buhari AUTHENTIC News Daily can authoritatively report, drove out of the government house in a convoy at exactly 1:45pm.
