A Kaduna based lawyer, Barrister Mohammed Tajudeen Mohammed (MT) has called on the police authority to investigate allegations of conspiracy and kidnapping against a serving Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Senator Buhari Abdulfatai and three others.

Others are, Abdulyakeen Oyeleke, Tajudeen Ola Oyeleke and Mukaila Oyeleke all residents of Kaduna.
In a petition written to the Kaduna State Commissioner of police dated 26th March, 2018 and make available to journalists in Kaduna on Tuesday, the petitioner alleged the Senator and the three other persons conspired and organized the abduction of three children of the same parents who are pupils of Essence International School Kaduna to an unknown place without the consent of their parents.
The lawyer alleged that pupils Abubakar Olawale 12yrs, Qawamu Olawale 9yrs and Labiba Olawale 7yrs both children of his client Mr. Doyin Olawale were kidnapped from their school by the accused persons who allegedly connived with the Senator.
In the petition the counsel alleged that the children of the said Doyin Olawale are still missing and their whereabouts unknown, hence the writing of the petition on the instructions of his client.
The petitioner further alleged that one of the accused persons has contacted the family of the missing children demanding for the sum of Two-Million, Five Hundred Thousand Naira to release their victims.
All efforts to reach the Senator were unsuccessful. However, the Senior Special Assistant to the Senator, Hon. Bashir Tolani Salaudeen when contacted on his mobile, described the allegations as unfounded, adding that the Senator would only respond when invited by the police.
