The Katsina State Coordinator of his Excellency the former Vce President, Alh. Atiku Abubakar (Waziri Adamawa) Alh. Ghali Yusuf Tabare has disclosed how they were attacked by thugs at the campaign office.
When contacted, he said the thugs attacked them at the campaign office that Alh.Mas’ud Abdulkadir Danguruf donated to his Excellency.
“While hundreds of thousands supporters of his Excellency were jubilating after the North Western rally of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP ) that was held at Katsina on 7/4/2018 around 7:30 pm the mob heavily armed with sophisticated arms stormed the office and caused many havoc and destruction of valuable materials which included my vehicles, flags, glasses, and some parts of the building,” he said.
When asked about whether he has been scared from supporting Atiku by the attack, he said he will never be deterred.
“Their action has not frightened me, rather it has encouraged and motivated me to support Atiku Abubakar’s 2019 bid more,” Alhaji Ghali Yusuf said.
