“Any good thing is Worth commendation, and you had me say He is an organiser, good planner. is very hard for you to see an officer embarking on this kind of project.
“So, the recommendation is already in place and in action, so we know what to do. Well, I have told other officers that any place you find yourself you must improve it, and leave something in place for others to follow, better than you find it.
“I was in Jigawa just for two (2) months but the little I did there, other officer’s are still enjoying it up till today. When this project is completed, IGP is going to be here for the commissioning.”
While thanking the Warri Area Commander of the Nigeria Police,ACP Mohammed Shaba,Divisional Police Officer as well as men of the Nigeria Police Force,CP Mustafa appealed to them to continue to work hard for the security of lives and properties and peace of the nation.

Recommending that he should be promoted but on one condition stressing that,”There is still a lot to be done in the area of peace and we have confidence in him.He has managed the crisis situation here in Warri very well.”
“So,am recommending that he should be promoted because that is the reward of a good Police Officer.
But for now, most of the time when you promote people you transferred them to may be a higher division or place.
“We cannot because of say we want him here in Warri, and not pray for his promotion. For now, we are pleased with him at least on our land. We now have a standard Police Station that will be referred to that people may want to come and work in.
“And once you have a strong Police Station, you have a strong security. So We are please with him that is why I have been here since morning to make sure that we make a good recommendation about him.”
