NUJ Warri Commiserates With Colleague, Ogbetuo Over Mother’s Death



    The Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) Warri Correspondents’ Chapel has commiserated with one of its members, Mr. Odeya Ogbetuo over the death of his mother, late (Mrs.) Erhinyodavwe Ogbetuo(Nee Agbro).
    NUJ Warri Acting Chairman, Comrade Okiees Veeky said the death of the 81years old mother of its member is very painful.
    He stressed that,””Mama died what it was time for her enjoy the fruits of good works.
    “Mr. Odeya Ogbetuo, we feel your pains but there is nothing we can do to bring back Mama to life.
    “Please Accept the condolences of the NUJ and remember that it is only God who can fill the vaccum our mother left behind. 

    Speaking at the burial ceremony of the deceased which held at Kokori town in Ethiope-East Local Government Area of Delta State, Veeky also ejoined Ogbetuo and his siblings to emulate the good quities of their late mother.
    Present at the event were the Delta State Chairman of the Nigeria Union of Journalists, NUJ, Comrade Michael Ikeogwu, Comrade Joe Ogbodu, Secretary, NUJ Warri, Mr. John Ogjojafor Esq, Comrade Dele Fasan, Comrade Theophilus Onojeghen, Comrade Samuel Ogude, Comrade Godwin Ukane,Comrade Francis Sadhere, Comrade Matthew Omonigho and Comrade Onyekachkwu Meleuwa.
    Comrade Odeya Ogbetuo was filled with joy when he saw the massive presence of members of the Union.
    The late(Mrs.)  passed on to glory on 10th October 2018.
