In the spirit of Easter, the Coach Felix Academic and Sports Foundation (CFASF) has visited the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) camp for Kajuru Local Government Area crisis victims.

Led by Chairman of the foundation, Coach Felix Oseibe, the delegation stormed the camp at the Adara Town Hall located in Kaduna metropolis on Easter Monday, April 22, 2019.

They were received by the  Camp chairman, Musa Magaji who said he was delighted by their show of love.

“We thank you for what you have done to this young ones. The attackers have not stopped attacking, we have been receiving report that they will attack and the uncertainty keeps swelling the population of the camp,” he said.

Speaking further, he appealed for prayers for the attacks to end so that they can return to their homes and resume their farming, which is their source of livelihood.

“We need you to keep praying for us for the attacks in the local government area to stop so our people can go back home and be resettled,” he appealed.

He further appealed for support from public spirited individuals for roofing materials, while lamenting that their homes were destroyed during the attack and needed to be rebuilt.
He told the visitors that they registered 2,581 IDPs initially at the camp, but the number is swelling.

” it is increasing because of the last attack on April 12,” he stressed.

Earlier in his remarks, Coach Oseibe told the camp chairman that they came on the visit to sympathise with the victims and console them.

“This young ones from CFASF came here to see and here for themselves and share in the pains of the IDPs.

” They also decided to gather this token and present to the IDPs,” he added.

He assured that they would embark on follow up visits, while offering to form a team that will be teaching the children maths and English.
