Sarkin Yoruba Northern Nigeria Wants Lessons Of Ramadan To Serve As Guide

    As the entire Muslim world  end this year’s Ramadan a traditional title holder and Sarkin Yarbawa in the Northern states and Abuja, Alhaji Muhammed Arigbabuwo has called on all to allow the lesson of the period to guide them always.

    Speaking during a Sallah message to the Muslim Ummah in Kaduna,  Alhaji Arigbabuwo said it has become necessary  to apply all discipline associated with fasting and imbibe it in  day to day affairs to move the Nation forward.

    He commented all Muslims all over the world and Nigeria in particular for the exemplary, behavior during the period and urged for continuation.

    Alhaji Arigbabuwo urged everyone especially the youth to embrace religious teachings and peaceful co-existence among people irrespective of religion or tribe.

    The traditional ruler expressed happiness at the role of the National security and commended all security agencies for the commitment to maintain peace across the country and urged them not to relent.

    He equally thanked the Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Dr. Sa’ad Abubakar III, the Emir of Zazzau, Dr. Shehu Idris, the Etsu Nupe and Emir of Ilorin,  Dr. Ibrahim Sulu Gambari and other traditional rulers for their commitment toward ensuring that all their subjects live in peace and harmony.
