Police Free Liberian Man Alleged To Have Killed Brother Of Man’s Wife He Was Caught In Bed With

    Man thirty nine, identified as Peter Fayiah along with two others have been declared non-guilty of charges by members of the Liberia National Police after being accused of killing a man believe to be his mate’s brother in Guahs town, Klay district, Bomi county.

    According to Bomi Police Commander, Godstain Hallie, during their investigation, Peter was caught in bed with the wife of a man only identified as Konneh and wife’s name Fanta Dorley.

    Commander Hallie said at about 1:00am on Monday in Guahs town, Konneh caught Peter Fayiah and his wife in bed and managed to arrest Peter.

    After Peter got arrested, Konneh sent his brother Musa Konneh to call the Chief of the town.

    Commander Hallie said in the process of calling the chief, Konneh again called his brother Musa back and asked him to help hold Peter while in the process, Musa died without anyone touching him.

    The Bomi County Police Commander told LINA that during their investigation, Konneh who is the husband to Fanta Dorley testified that Peter did not touch his brother but was submissive in the process.

    Commander Godstain Hallie disclosed that based on the testimony from those that were on the scene, the police came down with their charges of not-guilty against Peter.
