COVID-19: Afaka Community Distributes Palliatives To Less Privileged In Mando

    A Non Governmental Organization, (NGO) The Afaka Community-TAC has distributed COVID-19 palliatives to vulnerable people.

    The palliatives were distributed to vulnerable people in Mando, Sabon Garin Afaka, Igabi Local Government Kaduna State.

    This was contained in a statement Signed by the Director Media and Publicity of the organization Comrade Ibrahim Dahiru Danfulani and made available to the newsmen on  April 8, 2020.
    Those that benefited includeold people,  widows, physically challenged, the less privileged and others in the Afaka Ward.

    According to the organisers, the essence is to cushion the effects of the stay at home order by the government.

    The General Secretary of the organization, Hon. Tasiu Musa, said the foodstuff are meant to sustain the less privileged in this time of stay at home.

    He said the emergency relief package is not for political reason but to help our people.

    The presentation was done by the Speaker of the organization, Comrade Jamilu Zakari.

    The Afaka Community (TAC) is known for educational support to orphans, medical outreach to the community,  peace makers, community development  and many more.
