ourns President’s Chief of Staff

The Governor of Gombe State, Alhaji Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya has expressed grief over the demise of the Chief of Staff to the President, Malam Abba Kyari who died on Friday.

This was contained in a statement signed by his Senior Special Assistant (Media and Publicity), Ismaila Uba Misilli.
Reacting to the news of Malam Abba Kyari’s death, Governor Yahaya lamented that Nigeria has indeed lost a fine and dedicated gentleman, a patriot and a reliable administrator who was always mindful of his duties and responsibilities.
He said the President’s late Chief of Staff will be remembered for his exemplary leadership, effectiveness in service, dedication and loyalty while carrying out the duties and responsibilities of his office.
“On behalf of the Government and people of Gombe state, I wish to extend our deepest condolences to Mr. President, the family of the deceased as well as the government and people of his home state, Borno over this great loss”, Governor Yahaya stated.
The Gombe State Governor prayed Almighty Allah to grant the deceased Chief of Staff Aljannat Firdaus and give his family and the nation the fortitude to bear the loss.
