Parliament Staff Association of Nigeria (PASAN) Kaduna State Chapter has applauded President Muhammadu Buhari for signing of executive order for the implementation of legislative and judiciary autonomy.
The Chairman of the association, Comrade Abdulrashid Abarshi made the commendation while briefing newsmen in Kaduna.
Comrade Abdulrashid Abarshi explained that the granting of autonomy to legislative and judiciary will make it compulsory for the 36 states to always include the allocations of the legislature and the judiciary in the first-line charge of their budgets.
He said it will further make state legislatures independent of the executive arm of their various governments and boost healthy competitions among them in pursuit of advancements and developments.
The Chairman of PASAN Kaduna State Chapter called for the implementation of Consolidated Salary Structure CONLESS and conditions of service of the Legislative worker which was since gazetted by the National Assembly.
In another development,The Chairman of PASAN Kaduna State Chapter Comrade Abarshi Abdulrashid advised members to strictly adhere with the advises of health experts to avoid the spreads of corona virus.
