The Executive Chairman of Kudan Local Government of Kaduna State on assumption of duty in 2018 pledged to reform, refocus and reinvigorate Kudan Local Government for better performance as well as reclaim its lost glory in terms of Human Capital development and rejuvenating the decay in infrastructural development across Kudan Local Government in line with the guiding principles of His Excellency Mal Nasiru Ahmad el-Rufa’i.
Production of quality leadership style towards upholding and sustaining the lofty objectives set by His Excellency Mal Nasiru Ahmad El-Rufa’i is his watchword. He has demonstrated unparalleled leadership skills, patriotism, integrity and courage in bringing change and development to Kudan Local Government. Jaja as the Peoples Chairman is popularly called, is vision driven, a goal getter, a pacesetter in Political Administration and a fanatical believer in projecting Kudan Local Government and Kaduna State to an unimaginable and enviable pedestal level.  A goal eventually achieved to a very large extent as at today via provision of good roads, provision of transformers, construction of drainages, renovation and equipping of Primary Schools, provision of scholarships, health facilities, medical assistance to indigent patients to mention but a few. All these we say authoritatively. His commitments to the ideals and progress of Kudan Local Government is unquantifiable and exceptional, this isn’t surprising as he is the most experienced Chairman in the whole of Kaduna State with the knowledge of Local Government Administration as he is a Certified Political Scientist, a teacher and a seasoned Administrator. Hon Jaja has refused to see the opportunity given to him by God for the leadership position as a comfort zone.
He is always ready to give his best to ensure that the APC and the vision of making Kaduna great of His Excellency are achieved. He has indeed carved a standard for himself in Local Government Administration in Nigeria. History and posterity will certainly be kind to this quintessential and amiable gentleman. Under his Leadership, Kudan Local Government has received several recommendations from home and away.
Aside his leadership qualities and sagacity, he is an embodiment of humility and an epitome of good leadership. He was born to make the world a great place and he has lived up to that assignment. Hon Jaja has demonstrated Excellence in leadership in all ramifications. Under his purposeful leadership, all guiding principles of Local Government Administration has been adhered to as he runs an all encompassing government putting into consideration the input of the Legislative Arm of the Local Government for effective checks and balances as enshrined in the Constitution. In terms of staff welfare and development, he has written his name in Gold. Today, most staff of the Local Government has under the leadership of Hon Jaja are privileged to attend seminars and workshops to help boost efficiency in their job, academic releases granted for staff with low paper qualifications to also upgrade by obtaining Higher National Diploma, Degrees and Masters from various fields of specialization. On security, he has reposition the security architecture of the Local Government by partnering with the Security agencies and providing enabling atmosphere for them to carry out their primary responsibility of preventing likely security breaches in local communities across the Local Government university. Cultism and thuggery has become history under his sterling leadership. The Chairman has been severally described as workaholic, simple, polite, approachable, accessible and profoundly tolerant. No wonder there is peace and tranquility amongst the residents despite the diverse nature of the Local Government. He sees belongs to all. Also, under the able leadership of Hon Shuaibu Jaja in collaboration with SUBEB, competent hands has been recruited across Primary Schools of the Local Government in order to boost education, ease teaching and learning in respective primary schools with salaries paid promptly.In addition is the construction of Ultra Modern Market at Sabon Garin Hunkuyi and the dredging of earth dam for irrigation farming at Garu Village. The achievements and successes Hon Jaja has recorded on the saddle as an Executive Chairman of Sabon Gari Local Government cannot be over emphasized and it is our collective prayers that God in His exalted capacity will throw him up for greater responsibility to this nation and by extension the entire globe. He serves with dignity and honour, meritoriously and with utmost sincerity, patriotism, integrity, courage and dedication. He is a mere mortal and makes mistakes once in a while, but surely doesn’t repeat mistakes. Certainly he is excellent in all positive ramifications and his likes are what the APC and Kaduna State youths are proud of as he deals with all with respect and love. He is indeed a golden fish.
