Two are feared dead after yet to be identified gunmen suspected to be kidnappers stormed Juji Community of Chikun Local Government Area in Kaduna metropolis, shooting for hours.
AUTHENTIC News Daily gathered from the Youth Leader of the community, Comrade Hosea Bawa informed that the dead victims came in from Baban Saura Community to assist in keeping off the hoodlums till.the arrival of security personnel.
He said that, “They attack in our community yesterday startrd by 11:15pm they killed two Babban Saura boys but didn’t get away with anyone,” he informed.
Residents in several communities surrounding Juji, said sporadic gunshots reverberated for several hours.
Juji Community has suffered several attacks from bandits in recent times, with the most publicised being that which involved wife and two.children of popular Kaduna hospitality business entrepreneur, Dr. Philip Ataga.
When contacted on phone, the Kaduna State Police Public Relations Officer, ASP Mohammed Jalige was not available to confirm the incident as at time of filing this report.
