We Have Commenced Revised Service Based Tariff Implementation From Nov 1 – Kaduna Electric

    The Management of Kaduna Electric has  informed its customers that with effect from today, Sunday, November 1, 2020, it has began implementing the revised Service Based Tariff.

    This was contained in a statement signed by its Head, Corporate Communication,  Abdulazeez Abdullahi.

    Pre paid customers will be the first to experience the revised tariff when they vend from Sunday, November 1,  2020, while the revised tariff will reflect in the bills for customers on the postpaid platform when they receive their bill for the month of November. 
    The approved revised SBT only affects customers on Bands A, B, and C. Band A customers will enjoy a 10% reduction on the approved SBT while customers on Band B will enjoy a10.5% reduction. Customers on Band C enjoy a 31% reduction. The Service Based Tariff for customers on Bands D and E have been frozen hence no change in their tariff. 
    Kaduna Electric reiterates its commitment to deliver the hours of supply for each Band and assures customers of improvement in service quality.
