Ramadan: Adamawa Philanthropist Organises Event To Honour, Less Privileged

    A renowned philanthropist and  businessman, Alhaji Musa Adamu, the Jarman Jimeta through his women’s wing foundation, known as Jarma Foundation has organized a special intervention programme for orphans.
    The programme, ahead   of the Holy Month of Ramadan is set to empower some Adamawa women and youth who are from  less privileged backgrounds, mostly orphans from within and outside the Adamawa State.
    The Sunday event, set to hold at the Yola WEEIN office, 80 Housing Units on  April 11, 2021 is to have the orphans in a get together  lunch, to donate clothing and food items to them as the Ramadan fasting period will commence soon.
    Ramadan lectures by many Islamic scholars will be delivered to bring closer the morals behaviours of people to God.
    Adamu told our correspondent that he is called to serve  humanity of diverse races irrespective of tribe, religion, and place of origin with the little or much God has given him.
